What is Generation M?
New graduate program for emerging young talents that will guide you through the beginning stages of your career.
Generation M gives you the chance to work across geographies and get a full perspective of the company. From the corporate level to the property level, across both resort and city locations.
During the three years you will have professionals mentoring you through different specialities within your discipline, and they learning and improving your knowledge and skills and more.. You will have the opportunity to get a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Training program:
First stage (1st year): Scholarship
- 8 months areas + 2 regional + 2 hotels
- Half time Palma/Madrid
- Online/offline education
Second stage (2nd year): Revenue Assistant
- Revenue training in a Hotel
- Total Geographical flexibility
- High level of English (other languages)
- Online/offline Education
Third stage (3rd year): Executive
- Revenue training in a Hotel
- Total Geographical flexibility
- High level of English (other languages)
- Online/offline Education
