CHEF DE PARTIE – RIVER LUXURY YACHT 6* SERVICE – MICHELIN STAR DINING ON BOARD
Position description
Job as a Chef de Partie in Ultra Luxury Yachts six-star service and truly exceptional gastronomic restaurants on board Michelin Star standard. Complete their tasks in your section (e.g. sauce, meat, fish etc.) buffet-preparation and a la carte any other duties that your Sous Chef de Partie sees fit, Improves his/her station in areas where necessary. Michelin Star/Gault Millau Chefs standard.
Position requirements
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background..
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar environment, either in a 5* luxury establishment gastronomic restaurants & hotels
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Valid Medical Certificate are required before embarkation.
- STCW95 navegation course (If you do not have it, after passing interviews you can do it)
